Jump to navigationJump to searchThis was a hurriedly arranged series to fill a gap in India's cricket calendar. The West Indies tour of India was abandoned mid-tour due to their pay dispute with the West Indies Cricket Board.
This series will be remembered for the 4th ODI when Indian batsman Rohit Sharma scored 264 runs, setting a new record for the highest score in an one day international.
